Administrative staff, faculty members and non-teaching personnel of the Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) gathered at the University's Gilberto O. Teodoro Multipurpose Center, 13 September, for the launching of a three-day Sportfest 2024, marking the beginning of a series of events celebrating this year’s 124th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary.
 
Anchored on the theme "Transforming Public Service in the Next Decade: Honing Agile and Future-Ready Servant-Heroes," the 2024 Philippine Civil Service Anniversary celebration aims to highlight the importance of agility and readiness in public service while fostering camaraderie and promoting physical fitness among TAU employees.

As the new school year ushers in a new educational reform which aims to strengthen the Philippine’s educational structure, the Tarlac Agricultural University - College of Education (TAU-CEd), in partnership with the Philippine Normal University (PNU) and the Research Institute for Teacher Quality (RITQ), is one with the country in the implementation of the MATATAG Curriculum.

𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐒 | Delegates from Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU), led by its president, Dr. Silverio Ramon DC Salunson, attend the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Orientation: A Town Hall Meeting for Bagong Pilipinas to State Universities and Colleges, Selected Water Districts in Region III and LGUs of Nueva Ecija at Central Luzon State University (CLSU) in Science City of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija, 9-10 September 2024.
 
Dr. Salunson, along with Dr. Arnold R. Lorenzo, Vice President for Finance and Administration; Ms. Yolanda F. Juan, Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for Administration; Mr. Lyde Ragus, chief of TAU Accounting Office; and Ms. Maricel D. Felipe, chief of the Human Resource and Management Office (HRMO), engages with other key officials in higher education and local government units, participating in discussions on streamlining government services, enhancing client satisfaction, and addressing the implementation of the Citizen’s Charter.

𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐒 | After many years, the teaching staff of Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU), through the United Faculty Association (UFA), has finally reached an agreement with the TAU administration.
 
TAU, as represented by its officials led by its President, Dr. Silverio Ramon DC. Salunson, and the UFA officers, headed by Dr. Joseph Paul T. Abad, sign the Collective Negotiations Agreement (CNA), at the Office of the President (OP) Conference Room, 12 September.

𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐒 | Select faculty members and non-teaching personnel of Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) are enjoined at the Gilberto O. Teodoro Multipurpose Center, 9 September, for the start of a five-day first aid training dubbed as "Gender Responsive Training on Emergency Response and Ambulance Management."
 
Conducted annually for the last four years, this training is organized by the TAU-Gender and Development (GAD) Office, in partnership with Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) - Tarlac, to adequately prepare university employees with necessary responses during emergencies.

In a groundbreaking move to enhance Global Citizenship Education (GCED) across the Philippines, the Philippine Normal University (PNU) and Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) inked a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to collaborate in establishing regional hubs that will decentralize and democratize GCED initiatives, ensuring that educational innovations reach diverse regions of the country.
