𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐒 | Select faculty members and non-teaching personnel of Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) are enjoined at the Gilberto O. Teodoro Multipurpose Center, 9 September, for the start of a five-day first aid training dubbed as "Gender Responsive Training on Emergency Response and Ambulance Management."

Conducted annually for the last four years, this training is organized by the TAU-Gender and Development (GAD) Office, in partnership with Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) - Tarlac, to adequately prepare university employees with necessary responses during emergencies.

Key university officials, including TAU President, Dr. Silverio Ramon DC. Salunson, and Dr. Ma. Theresa B. Nardo, GAD director, grace the weeklong training that will run until 13 September.

A thorough training overview from Mr. Sherwin Rosales, EMT, and Training and Safety Officer from PDRRMO-Tarlac, who also discusses the overview and objectives of the said training, sset the stage for the coming days of intensive learning.

Participants are expected to gain thorough understanding of prescribed interventions and procedures to equip them with the necessary knowledge and skills in providing medical and emergency assistance inside and outside the campus, preparing everyone in dealing with any untoward incident that may occur.
