𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐒 | Dedicated team members managing the Bamboo Research and Training Center (BRTC) convene at K=Cafe, 14 March, to finalize the BRTC’s five-year strategic plan, establishing a foundation for expanding bamboo’s role in industries and related sectors across Tarlac and neighboring provinces.
 
A joint venture between the Department of Research and Development (DRD) and the Business and Auxiliary Services (BAS) Office, the BRTC aims to broaden its impact through consistent innovation, forging market connections, and advanced training programs, positioning itself to gain international recognition by the end of the decade.

Private Sector representatives and members of Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) Board or Regents (BOR), Ms. Virgin Mary A. Nicolás and Mr. Juanito R. Ho, report their accomplishments and share their vision for the University during the Public Forum at the Students and Alumni Center, 17 March.
 
Ms. Nicolas reinforces her commitment to strengthening TAU’s industry partnerships. During her tenure, she supports smart agriculture, student entrepreneurship, and infrastructure development while advocating for research, sustainability, and private sector collaboration.

𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐒 | To uphold patriotism and national solidarity, the Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) community gathers in various areas of the University for the weekly simultaneous flag-hoisting ceremony, 17 March.
 
The College of Engineering and Technology (CET) along with the College of Veterinary Medicine (CVM) join the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS), while the College of Education (CEd) gathers at the Laboratory School (LS) grounds. Also, the College of Agriculture and Forestry (CAF) demonstrates its respect to the national flag during its ceremony on CAF premises.
 
Meanwhile, employees from the Administration Building, Learning Resource Center (LRC), and IT Data Center along with the College of Business and Management (CBM) convene in front of LRC where the Planning and Development Office (PDO) leads the flag-raising ceremony.

𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐒 | Per University Memorandum No. 056, s. 2025, select staff from the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for Administration, the Office of the Vice President for Planning and Quality Assurance (OVPQA), and the Legal Unit have been designated as Public Assistance Officers of the Day to assist clients and guests during their transactions at Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU). The Help Desk is situated at the security post inside the Administration Building.
 
This initiative aims to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of TAU’s services by providing prompt and appropriate assistance, streamlining processes, and ensuring a more customer-centered approach in University operations.

To evaluate the contributions and assess future goals of its corporate stakeholders, the Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) conducted an evaluation of the private sector representatives through a public forum at the Student and Alumni Center Amphitheater which was streamed via Facebook Live, 17 March.
 
Followed by the appraisal of documents and panel interview, the forum is one of the determining factors whether the appointment of the two private sector representatives will end on 29 June or will be extended for another two-year term.
 
TAU President Dr. Silverio Ramon DC. Salunson welcomed the officials, staff, students, and stakeholders during his opening remarks and signified the importance of a private sector representative’s role in crafting policies and initiating partnership developments that supports the initiatives of the University.
 
The activity then proceeded with the introduction of the evaluation committee introduced by the University Board Secretary Mr. Sonny A. Santos followed by the presentation of criteria and guidelines by the Vice President for Finance and Administration (VPFA) Dr. Arnold R. Lorenzo.

In a proactive step to uplift men as part of Tarlac Agricultural University’s (TAU) women empowerment program, the TAU Gender and Development (GAD) Office led by its Director Dr. Ma Theresa B. Nardo, spearheaded an orientation and discussion forum for male employees of TAU at the Continuing Education Center (CEC), 14 March.
 
Anchored on the theme GAD Advocacy - MOVE KATROPA (Men Opposed to Violence Everywhere - Kalalakihang Tapat at Responsable sa Pamilya), the seminar titled “Empowering Men as Allies for Women Empowerment” aimed to educate the participants on the gender-biased violence and promote alliance for the welfare of women in the society, regardless of preferences and differences.
