Tarlac Agricultural University - External Linkages and International Affairs (TAU-ELIA) proudly announces that two faculty members from the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) have been selected to participate in the University Mobility in Asia and the Pacific (UMAP) x Japan hub for Innovative Global Education (JIGE) 2025 Professional Development Joint BM Program on 8, 15, and 22 April 2025.Β Β
Ms. Eden B. Cabarrubias and Ms. Angelica N. Balmocena, both instructors from CAS, will represent the University in this international initiative aimed at enhancing professional competencies while fostering cross-cultural collaboration across other institutions.
This program is hosted by Kansai University through the JIGE initiative which aims to gather educators and professionals from various countries to engage in knowledge-sharing, training, and academic exchange.
Their participation is a testament to TAUβs continuous commitment to further engage in the global landscape. With that, the whole TAU community extends its warmest congratulations and support to Ms. Cabarrubias and Ms. Balcomena as they embark on the journey toward global learning and collaboration.
