Salunson says that students’ creative spirit can only be developed in an environment and system that do not limit learners’ potential for learning.  Verbalized during a webinar on “Transforming Instructions to Cultivate Creativity with MATATAG Learning Competencies” on 19 September, Dr. Salunson's message also convinces the participants who are mostly educators and future teachers to  continue encouraging children to become innovative thinkers.
