The five foreign ministers from Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand founded the ASEAN on 8 August 1967 in Bangkok, Thailand. This initiative remains firm and strong in promoting a thriving economic and cultural exchange among its members to nourish a peaceful Southeast Asian community.

In support of the 57th ASEAN Day celebration, the TAU Office of External Linkages and International Affairs (ELIA) invites the TAU Community for the ASEAN Festival 2024 to be conducted on 29 to 30 August. The two-day celebration features a virtual Culminating Activity and competitions namely, the Booth Design, Photography, Digital Art, Free Speech, and the Cooking Demo Competition.

The Booth Design Competition will be showcased within each collegeโs designated building on 29 August from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The Photography, Digital Art, Free Speech, and the Cooking Demo competition will be held online through submission of photos or video presentations to This email address is being protected from spambots.
