Conducted every semester, the appraisal of the quality of instruction of TAU teaching staff is undertaken to gather objective feedback from students, identify areas for improvement in the teaching and learning process, provide measure of accountability for educators, optimize learning outcomes, and contribute to educational research and informed policymaking among others.Β
