𝐂𝐇𝐑𝐎𝐍𝐈𝐂𝐋𝐄𝐒 | OVPFA, GAD finalize policies on gender-based misconduct

Convening members of Gender and Development (GAD) focal point system and Committee on Decorum and Investigation (CODI) of Sexual Harassment (SH) cases, Ms. Yolanda F. Juan, Officer-in-Charge of the Office of Vice President for Finance and Administration (OVPFA), and Dr. Marianne P. Villaruel, GAD Director, led the formulation of the CODI-SH manual at Subic Grand Seas Resort in Subic, Zambales on 8-9 December 2023.

Conducted to integrate the salient provisions of RA 11313, otherwise known as Safe Space Act, Rules on Administrative Cases in the Civil Service (2017 RACCS), and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Memorandum No. 3, series 2022 or CHED Guidelines on Gender-Based Sexual Harassment in Higher Education to Tarlac Agricultural University’s (TAU) CODI-SH Manual, the two-day session also laid the foundation for internal collaboration among TAU’s top leadership, middle managers, and staff.
