Flag Ceremony 27 May 2024 

𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐒 | The last Monday of May overflows with blessings as the Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) community gathers for the weekly flag-raising ceremony, led by its President, Dr. Max P. Guillermo, and hosted by the SMART Agriculture Center.

Dr. Claire Anne A. Olivares, Dean of the College of Education (CEd), announces another feather in the cap of the CEd family. One of its alumna, Ms. Brendee J. Sibal, secured the Top 8 rank in the March 2024 Board Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (BLEPT). The Center for Excellence in Teacher Education also performs higher than the national BLEPT average.

Meanwhile,  Ms. Leslie C. Lopez, representing Sports and Development Office Director Prof. Lorena P. Bermillo, recognizes the medalists of the recently concluded SUC III Olympics which TAU hosted. Garnering 98 medals in total, TAU managed to seal the overall sixth place. 

Dr. Guillermo also takes the opportunity to express his gratitude to his fellow University officials, faculty, and non-teaching staff for supporting his administration in the past 14 years. Wishing the next TAU President the best of luck, Dr. Guillermo urges the teaching and non-academic staff to work together to achieve more milestones for TAU in the years to come.
