𝐂𝐇𝐑𝐎𝐍𝐈𝐂𝐋𝐄𝐒 | TAU NASA officials confer with Zambales uni nonteaching org 

In an effort to improve their services to their members, the officials of the Non-Academic Staff Association (NASA) of Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) engaged in a bilateral dialogue with officers of President Ramon Magsaysay State University (PRMSU) NASA in PRMSU Main Campus, Iba, Zambales on 26 April.

During the meeting, the TAU NASA leadership had a productive conversation with their counterparts. Issues raised included benefits for members, participation in the University management, and  income generating projects of the organization.

Representatives from PRMSU NASA, headed by Mr. Eugene R. Dolojan, also shared their best practices in performance evaluation, work culture, and University operations. Consequently, TAU NASA, led by its President, Mr. Julius C. Consul, discussed the effective and efficient strategies including existing programs and policies championed by the organization. 

“I am grateful for the generosity of the TAU and PRMSU administrations, especially Dr. Max P. Guillermo and Dr. Roy N. Villalobos. We look forward to integrating exemplary standards to our protocols and practices in the years to come,” Mr. Consul said in his message. 

Signifying their mutual interest to advance inter-institutional collaboration, Mr. Consul and Mr. Dolojan both expressed their willingness to continue exchanging knowledge and even co-sponsor a joint event. “This is an opportunity for us at TAU-NASA to expand our horizons by learning from our partners,” Mr. Consul added.

After the benchmarking activity the 78-strong TAU NASA delegation traveled to Palauig, Zambales for a two-day team building and socialization  activity.
