CAPTURED IN LENS | To strengthen disaster preparedness and promote gender-responsive emergency communication, the Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) led by the National Service Training Program (NSTP) in collaboration with the Gender and Development (GAD) office and the Student Placement Office (SPO) conducts a training on radio land mobile and government radio operations at the TAU AgriTourism Hostel Function Hall, 11 April.
During the event, the participants engage in a meaningful discussion and training led by Engr. Mary Jane F. Del Rosario, a Professional Electronics Engineer from the Enforcement and Operation Division of the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) Region III.
Through this activity, the involved offices aim to ensure effective coordination during crises and to equip the University’s first-aid responders and security personnel with efficient communication channels while integrating gender-inclusive approaches
