𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐒 | To foster camaraderie and promote health and wellness among students, faculty, and staff, the Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) - Supreme Student Council (SSC) in collaboration with the TAU-Multipurpose Cooperative (MPC), organizes a campus-wide Color Fun Run that features a 3-kilometer race and a 1.5-kilometer β€œDog Duo Run” on 7 May.

As part of the week-long celebration of TAU’s 9th Charter Anniversary, the activity aims to engage TAU community in fun activities including the Color Fun Run where participants loop through key landmarks of the University.Β 

In the student category, Mr. Aljone S. Doctor and Ms. Jem-Jen C. Garcia, both from the College of Business and Management (CBM) emerge as winners in the 3K race. Meanwhile Mr. Jojo D. Salvador from the Human Resource Management Unit (HRMU) and Ms. Rachel C. Felix from the Gender and Development (GAD) Office take first place in the below 40 category for employees.

In the 40-and-above employee division, Mr. Melchoa B. Duco from Motorpool Services and Ms. Angelica DC. Lijauco from the Office of the Vice President for Research Extension and Training (OVPRET) are hailed as winners in the 3-kilometer run.

In addition, Engineer Bennidict P. Pueyo, Chief of Motorpool Services, dominates as top winner in the dog duo category along with his K9 dog, effortlessly completing the 1.5-kilometer run.

The event concludes with a β€œBreakfast Salo-Salo” where participants share meals, laughter, and stories at the Continuing Education Center (CEC).
