𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐒 | To ensure a high employment rate for graduating students, the Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) conducts a Pre-Employment Orientation Seminar at the TAU - Multipurpose Center, 18 April.

The Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs and Services - PlacementΒ  Services Unit hosts a seminar entitled β€œFinding the Road Towards Career Success” that aims to equip the graduating students from the College of Agriculture and Forestry (CAF), College of Arts and Sciences (CAS), College of Education (CED), College of Business and Management (CBM), College of Engineering and Technology (CET), and College of Veterinary Medicine (CVM) with necessary skills and knowledge to navigate their career paths successfully.

Through interactive sessions with Dr. Rene G. Nanit, College of Education (CED) Chief of Research, Extension and Training, and Special Projects Mr. Johnny A. Parel Jr, Guidance Associate; Mr. Jumel Vitao, Labor and Employment Officer III at DOLE Tarlac; Ms. Monaliza Nardo, Branch Manager of SSS Camiling; Dr. Esmeralda P. Rodriguez, CAS Assistant Dean, and Dr. Marianne P. Villaruel, Director of Gender and Development (GAD), the participants from the six colleges learn about effective job hunting strategies, resume writing techniques, and interview preparation. The Placement Services also distributes resource materials like bookmarks with job-hunting tips and pamphlets.Β 

This seminar aims to provide insights into emerging industry trends and offers valuable resources to enhance employability for graduating students by gaining a competitive edge in today’s job market and increasing their chances of securing employment opportunities.Β
