𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐒 | The Tarlac Agricultural University’s (TAU) administration and the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) Region III officials are teaming up for the implementation of β€œHealth Beyond Bars Program” at TAU, to β€œpromote the effective rehabilitation and reformation of persons deprived of liberty (PDL)” in Tarlac City and Camiling.

Anchored on a memorandum of agreement (MOA) signed by both parties on 12 November, the initiative will involve awarding of Diploma in Agricultural Technology (DAT) to PDLs after their completion of academic requirements.

Said project will be steered by the BJMP and TAU - Department of Extension and Training (DET), in cooperation with the College of Agriculture and Forestry (CAF).
