The 24th National PESO Congress is an annual activity that focuses on the field of public employment that gathers PESO officials, DOLE Officials and Job Placement Officers for a series of plenary sessions and discussions. This kind of networking, sharing insights, and collaboration provides strategies to improve local employment services, enhance job matching, lower unemployment, and adapt to changing workforce demands. The conference also highlights the exemplary roles of PESO managers in navigating local and national employment initiatives toward advancement of the economy and employment services.
 
Ms. Grace Kelly B. Dela Cruz, Placement Officer from the Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU), actively engages in the enriching discussions, gaining insights on how to apply the innovative strategies as a new approach to the TAU - Placement Office.
The 24th National Congress aims to strengthen the competencies of PESO stakeholders in delivering systematic and efficient employment services throughout the country.
