CAPTURED IN LENS | Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) holds a flag-raising ceremony at the Gilberto O. Teodoro Multipurpose Center on 19 May, led by the Library Services in collaboration with the TAU Chorale. The event highlights the first-ever visit of Commission on Higher Education (CHEd) Commissioner Dr. Desiderio R. Apag III, who also chairs the TAU Board of Regents.

A key moment of the ceremony focuses on the unveiling of TAU’s new strategic framework led by Dr. Apag, TAU President Dr. Silverio Ramon DC. Salunson, and the four vice presidents. Designed to streamline and optimize academic development, research innovations, and community partnerships, said operational blueprint was made official via Board Resolution No. 22, s. 2025.

In his message, Dr. Apag reiterates CHEd’s commitment to advancing TAU’s long-term goals, aligning with international and national higher education priorities. This reflects the new TAU roadmap which aims to bolster the University’s role in advancing sustainable development.
