Released by the Office of the Vice President for Finance and Administration (OVPFA) to βensure safety and protection of lives and property in the entire campus,β the directive, dated 28 February, compels in-house and private security personnel to deny access to University premises for unregistered vehicles. Visitors will be issued a gate pass provided they present valid identification cards. The memo further recommends sanctions for violators.
