Together with Dr. Benny S. Soliman, OIC Director of External Linkages and International Affairs (ELIA), Dr. Sheila S. Lingaya, Assistant Director of ELIA, and Ms. Caroline N. Gabis, Chief of Partnership Development, Mr. Jerome L. Duque and Mr. Julius C. Consul from the TAU-WURI Secretariat share the methodologies of the rankings published annually by the Hanseatic League of Universities (HLU).
