The meeting is led by its outgoing president, Mr. Julius N. Consul, who reports the Association's significant moments and accomplishments for the past two years of his administration. The agenda include the Association’s upcoming activities, proposed changes, and discussions and feedback, ensuring that all voices of NASA members are heard.

Voting and canvassing follow the general meeting. The results are officially announced and the newly elected leaders are introduced to the assembly. Ms. Jenah B. Sotero, who garners strong support, wins the presidency, while Mr. Julius Consul assumes the position of the vice president. .
