Dr. Torres, along with Dr. Leonell P. Lijauco, the Officer-In-Charge of the Office of Vice President for Planning and Quality Assurance (OVPPQA); Ms. Yolanda F. Juan, the Chief Administrative Officer for Administration (CAO-Admin) who also attends as a representative of Dr. Arnold R. Lorenzo, Vice President for Finance and Administration (VPFA); Ms. Marichu V. Manaloto, Administrative Officer III from the Accounting Office and representative of Mr. Dante A. Revamonte, the Chief Administrative Officer in Finance (CAO-Finance); and Ms. Vimmae Moham R. Pagatpatan, Technical Staff from the Office of the VPASA, engage in discussions and consultations with Dr. Arnold E. Velasco, the President of Tarlac State University (TSU).
