𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐒 | DAMAYAN Cooperative, a private agriculture cooperative in San Clemente, Tarlac, represented by Mr. Ponce R. Gonzales, Gerald Rodillas, and Dr. Isaias Apostol, visits Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) President, Dr. Silverio Ramon DC Salunson, to hold an initial meeting about the proposed β€œClear Water Fish Pond Project.” The cooperative seeks guidance from TAU experts to provide technical training, seminars, and workshops to its members.

In accordance with the ongoing partnership coursed through the TAU Department of Extension and Training (DET), the DAMAYAN Cooperative proudly declares that previous training and hands-on seminars conducted by the TAU faculty, who assisted them in making their first project, "Smoked Fish Production," a success, and the organization is now constructing a larger smokehouse with an 80-kg capacity.

Striving to enhance local food production and food security in the community, the DAMAYAN Cooperative continues to provide more opportunities to local farmers and promote community-based agriculture.
