CAPTURED IN LENS | Amplifying gender analysis and mainstreaming, the Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) through the Gender and Development Office (GAD) conducts a whole-day training for the TAU - GAD Focal Point System (GFPS) at the Farmers’ Training Center (FTC) Function Hall, 21 March.

With the theme “Empowering Change: GAD Mainstreaming and Evaluation Strategies for TAU GFPS Members,” the representatives of every office in the University engage in a discussion led by Ms. Vichel J. Pangan, a national GAD resource pool member from the Philippine Commission on Women (PCW).

Said training provides insights to GFPS to strengthen the initiatives of GAD and align internal policies with the Gender Mainstreaming Evaluation Framework (GMEF), GFPS Functionality Assessment Tool (GFAST), Gender-Responsive LGU (GeRL) Assessment Tool, and Harmonized Gender and Development Guidelines (HGDG).
