In the busy streets of Barangay Suizo Bliss, a father’s love echo stronger than the rumbles of passing vehicles. Mr. Isidro Flores Fagtanan, a 59-year-old family man, stands as a living proof of unconditional acceptance. From the moment Navi, his child, developed a liking toward blossom-cheeked dolls and ruffles in dresses, Tatay Isidro and his wife Regina decided: love would always eclipse fear.
