The Business and Auxiliary Services (BAS) announces the special processing period for the FY 2026 Vehicle Gatepass Stickers. This will run from 22 January to 6 February. A dedicated morning schedule from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM will be held at the Administrative Guard Front Desk, where both a BAS staff member and a designated Security Officer will be available to assist applicants and conduct the required orientation on University traffic rules and regulations. Processing will continue at the BAS Office in the afternoon.

All applicants are advised to follow the established procedure: (1) submit the application form and documents at the designated locations; (2) attend the orientation; (3) secure the order of payment from the Accounting Office; (4) pay the fees at the Cashierโ€™s Office; and (5) claim the sticker at the Administrative Guard Front Desk. Please note that holders of expired 2025 stickers need only submit updated or renewed documents, while new applicants must provide all mandatory requirements.
