Signifying the students’ readiness to apply theories and skills in real workplace settings, the Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) through the College of Business and Management (CBM) formally marks the transition of 364 jaguars from being classroom learners to pre-professional interns during the Pinning Ceremony at the Gilberto O. Teodoro Multipurpose Center, 16 January.

With the theme "Mark of Excellence: Preparing Future Leaders in Business, Agribusiness, and Tourism," the event underscores CBM’s commitment to nurturing globally competitive leaders, further enriched by the insights of two guest speakers: Ms. Precious Al L. Nacatab, Labor and Employment Officer III - Labor Inspector at the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and Mr. Fernando L. Pagarigan, Customer Associate from the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) who both graduated at TAU on 2019.
