The Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) community warmly congratulates Dr. Noel J. Petero on his appointment as Officer-in-Charge (OIC) Director of the Department of Research and Development (DRD) office.

As the OIC Director, Dr. Petero is bestowed with important functions that will further enhance the research culture of the University. 

For years, Dr. Petero also served as the In-Charge of the Graduate Program while fulfilling his duties as a faculty member at the TAU - College of Education (CEd) with his status being the Professor VI in the University. We are confident that with his leadership, the research and development efforts of TAU will continue to flourish and make a significant impact on knowledge creation and community development.

On the other hand, we would like to extend our sincerest gratitude and appreciation to the outgoing Director of DRD, Dr. Maria Elena C. Caguioa, Professor V, for her unwavering dedication, commitment, and invaluable contributions to the development of the University’s research programs.
