Seven (7) undergraduate students from the Department of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering were accepted into a field practice program organized by the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Studies of the Universitas Pancasakti Tegal (Indonesia).

The agricultural engineering students namely, Sherwin William C. Agustin, Michele O. Cahulogan, Rommel L. Ibarra, Carl Jefferson M. Lumibao, Gia D. Saura, Marlon Jhay N. Tolenada and Mayflor M. Zamora will undergo a five-month virtual internship program from September 2021 up to January 2022.

With this opportunity at hand, these future agricultural and biosystems engineers could gain the necessary skills to be worthy of being 21st-century professionals that could work gracefully even amidst adversities.

Despite the pressure in entering the international arena, the TAU students continue to persevere to observe and practice the TAU’s core values- integrity, excellence and service- for community development. (JZSamson, CET)
